So can different skins be used on this plane!? I am on BAT 3.84 now and only default skins work also when I add your enhanced Camel. Or do the other skins need to be all HD!?

Don't spread nonsense.

1) The new Camel is in BAT since 3.8.4 (read the patch descriptions)
2) is is skinnable (no HD skins required)
3) The mod in itself uses mirroring to skin. Because it is an import job from another game where this does not matter. There are a handful such mods around, it is nothing new and you have to live with that.
