E' nella cartella delle mappe , all'interno di ogni mappa ed è il file che dice al motore quali texture caricare (l'equivalente dell'air.ini o ship.ini)
Facciamo così:
Crea questa cartella: #DBW/MapMods/MAPS/Mideaest
Copiaci il file air.ini e rinominalo load.ini
Cancellaci tutto ed incollaci questo testo:

Poi scaricati le texture che ti ho indicato , duplicane una e rinominala MTOWater....dovresti poter caricare le due mappe che non ti funzionano....se non ci sono altre texture mancanti....
