I think, Il2 Sturmovik game need useful one engine reconnaissance planes like Westland Lysander, IAR 37, Fokker C.V (for Finish air force), Fairey Fox Mk.VIc (for Belgian air force), Piper Cub...

As long as there is not AI triggers involving all forces (air, infantry, tanks artillery, etc...) reconaissance planes are NOT needed. They are just nice decorative stuff. (I like them, though)

Lysander is requested, and we hope to see it one day, Santa willing. :D
please do not ask about other aircraft in a specific plane's thread. thanks.

Well... Lysander was not only a recon plane... it was also the SOE star, bringing agents deep into enemy territory, so it could be useful for special action scenarios in the game, and triggers are not necessary with this one...

yes, Gaston, i think we all want to see the Lysander ingame, and i believe it is still under construction in one of those top-secret modding facilities in the far northern hemisphere. ;)
however, as it has already been requested, no need to do so repeatedly.
i believe we will see it ingame at some point, and rather that, than something like this plane, which played no role at all.
i'm not saying 'don't make this plane', but rather, let's first get the more important similar planes out onto the tarmac before making more exotic, rare birds. ;)

o no.....mojo has joined the group of folks who seem unable to spell Ranwers properly.
i've seen this happen to poor Ranwers so many times, i feel bad for him. it must be the most mis-typo'd name i know of.
one of the most prolific modders of our time, and hardly anyone seems capable of at least getting his name right.  ???
i might consider making this a sticky in the lounge:
The Name Is Ranwers, NOT Rawners. let's try and get it right, eh, folks?  ;D

raw-nerds

I seem to see where the confusion arises... since he has hundreds of computer nerds working on his home basement to do mods 24hrs/24.

yes, Le0ne, i have no issue with this request either. it may not have done much, but it was built, and it fits the early WW2 period.
i'd prefer to see requests for planes that played an actual role, but still, there's nothing wrong with this request. ;)

A very good plane has nice features, I would like to see him fly in IL-2, and that very few took into account my Requests for the P.50 Jastrzab and P.38 Wilk to poland, because it shows that we prefer a thousand times more than any German plane or an American jet, we are forgetting the golden age of aviation? if not for the packs of the Spanish Civil War a few they would take seriously this golden age. :(
