I'm sure everyone that could do this is busy right now. There are a lot of guys working on other projects. Just because a request is made doesnt mean that one will jump right on it. Most modders who do read the requests section may like the idea but dont have time to do it. Give it a while and wait to see what happens.

I know it's kind of a long shot, but could some fancy code take screenshots from the camera positions, and then use some of the image comparison tools available today (kind of like Google Search by Image, Tineye, etc) to compare them against screenshots taken at recon waypoints at the given altitude / heading / target, and then judge missions success?

I've got a soft spot for the recon nose Lightnings... my Grandpa flew one (well, several) over occupied Italy in 1944 with the 12th AF.
