Thankyou Bombsaway for all of your help and for the idiots guide that you sent to me  :) it really was quite simple, i  have now installed my first map mod and am feeling rather pleased with myself!  :)

I'm trying to install this one on a 409 game but I miss the transparent textures and I can't find them nowhere....can you upload them somewhere please?

this one:

Wood0  = forest/transparent.tga
Wood1  = forest/transparent.tga
Wood2  = forest/transparent.tga
Wood3  = forest/transparent.tga
Wood4  = forest/transparent.tga

I d/l the map and it is smashing !!  ;D

very nice work !!

Carsmasters light mod really makes it look great flying at 1000 meters
time at 1400 or later !!

Map_c being reworked to get rid of all the shallows that are not really there in real life.

Retexturing of some areas.

Some new textures to the map.

And more. :)
