I need some battleships for my campaign in East front.
  What is your campaign about?
What maps will it use?
What years does it include?

A bit more info will generate greater interest maybe.

Creating Repainted Franken Ships would be fairly easy. It has been done a thousand times in Il-2 modding...

Where I can find the boat's texture, which is in the game and isn't mod?

This is the sort of info you might use to make a model.

Proper drawings would be better but some of the better paper model publications have quite good info.

The M15 Class monitor along with a few destroyers would go well on the WWI Channel coast.

One of the succeeding class, M33, which is quite similar, is preserved in Portsmouth, England.

Here is another possibility, a German Torpedo Boat V-108, plans for a paper model available free from DigitalNavy.com

One of this class was still commissioned in the Polish Navy at the start of WWII

All of the models are packed in sfs files - such as:  fb_3do21.SFS
These can be opened with the sfs extractor utility.
When extracted you will find *.tga files which are the skins

A small experiment in "digital" paper modelling.
These are the hull lines for the M15 Monitor, taken from the Paper Model plans.
These monitors were used in WWI at Gallipolli, on the Channel Coast and also in other areas.
Maybe an interesting project for the future. Sorry if its slightly off topic.

not OT at all, mate ;)
personally, i'd love to see some of those old monitors and other weird 'n wonderful looking floating platforms that were used back then.
i actually have a fair amount of material available on these old ships (not much in the line of blueprints, unfortunately:(), if you do decide to explore this path one day, it might be of some help. :)

If you've got any good info on the Erebus Class monitors (Erebus and Terror) that would be very interesting. Built in 1916 but went on to provide active service in the Med in WWII, so useful for both eras. I have drawings of the WWII Roberts Class monitors, but they do not have such an interesting service history.

On the Italian Front map things are a little different. The Austro Hungarian fleet had some BB's  (Tegettof Class?) but again the first priority should be small craft.
This is simply not true - both Italy and Austria-Hungary had major capital vessels (dreadnoughts and pre-dreadnoughts alike) in the Adriatic and used them operationally. Also, other Entente forces have sent their battleships to the area. Besides shore bombardment missions, there were several major naval engagements and both sides have endured losses in them.

I used it, but on these boats are see flags.

and that is the reason you want someone to build new ships?
because of the flags?
