Ashes, if you are referring to the four inverted Vees at the bottom of the front and rear hull, they were covers for towing hooks.

On LOD0 -- using skin512 the exhausts are modelled as objects.
On LOD1, 2, 3  -- I'm omitting the solid exhaust model and will rely on the skin64 skin32 textures to show the exhaust. LOD1/skin64 switches in at 250m.

Good choise. Leave the rusty metal muffler color in one little picture file, away from the main
skin.
You can send me the new skin and how you have chosen the panzer-parts layout when you
have decided with it. I have the last one you sent me, but I am waiting for your decision.

This is the final version of the skin512.tga, ready for you to further enhance.
https://www.mediafire.com/?2hy60a3267bnnje
Its 32bit with alpha channel used.
The working copy is slightly larger than 512x512 but it can be reduced later.

The rust for the exhaust is included on the skin so no separate tga.
The exhaust painted on the hull side should only appear on skin64 and skin32
The large vent panels on the hull top is modelled separately at LOD0
-but again can you copy this over the main hull plan for skin64 and skin32

I've included a separate area for the cannon shield on the tga.
I will probably add this to the model as a separate 3d part.
I will map in whatever you paint.

The cannon barrel is mapped in two parts top/bottom on the right of the tga next to the main drive wheels.

The junction of cannon and turret is mapped in the space just below where the turret shield is indicated.

The strips of polys forming  the sides of the exhaust are laid onto the rust patch. Top at Top.

The horns covering the towing hooks are mapped to the space on the left edge between the hull sides and hull top.

The panel forming the underside is mapped onto the blank area to the left of the rust patch.
Bit of a waste of space maybe?

The rest is obvious.

I love Mark-! with its antiditching wheels. I requested for help in Landships forum, a couple of years ago, to find out if there was any Mark-I beutepanzer, apparently there's no prove of their use by Germans. Anyway, we can suposse they got some in working condition.  :)
They used for sure some Whippets and Ft-17, so...

The Germans had no Mk I Beutepanzers, a single S:t Chamond (never used operationally), one or two Whippets (never used operationally) and AFAIK no FT-17's. The only proper, operational beutepanzers were Mk IV's.

Thank you Ashe, I have the new file. I will rework the panzer template to fit this new
skin and should be ready by this weekend.

Skins by Max

coming soon

coming soon

Not much more to do on this.
Class files have been re-worked to solve a few problems.
LOD's need to be completed but not much work there.

Maybe it should be moved to WIP  ;)
