to me it sure does!, I would say you would probably be able to play it on min low to med probably more.

Nice laptop. What is the brand and model of it? 

I don't think laptops will even come close to running CoD. Yours is pretty powerful but I wouldn't count on getting good performance with higher settings in CoD. Good for joy flights perhaps, but definitely count out the campaign or any larger battles. I'm not sure how much the update has affected performance but I had a desktop with Quad Core, 4G RAM and a GT-550Ti and although this was a few patches ago I could only get 32fps over the channel, alone at medium settings. You can get CoD for $10 now so you may as well try. Good luck!

Often the setting for core processor affinity mask influences performance..

I increased my ram to 18 now , it seems the program itself in a funny way like FSX is RAM depended. I had 6 and that was just I tiny to little. I think 8 will do

Well I bought a set of 12 ram on top of the 6 I got. It is cheap , I think I need only half of it
