Firt time I've had a chance to spend a little time on the site for two weeks and will probably be another couple til I'm back again

Improvements to my version were nearly completed, especially the 3d so that the rear-gun didn't look if it was floating in mid-air. But now that Western has added an open-cockpit and more importantly to me changed the FM so that the AI can take-off I don't think there is mush need now for a second version, so I'll only continue mine as a learning aid for me.

Hello Redfox, I disagree with you there, just because Western's version is up and running doesn't mean you should keep yours locked up at home, by releasing your own update you will gather vital information from the community as to how well your changes have been implemented.  It should certainly help you with other projects you may try in the future.

Ive been having a play around with this great aircraft and am struck by how much it looks like a WW1 Felixstowe F.3 in profile, she just needs an additional engine and have them turned around  . Would love to see something like her in 1916.

What a fun plane and with some good firepower!
 I have given her a rough WW1 skin and dropped her into DBW1916 as a stand in for a larger Flying boat such as the Felixstowe she is now my coastal defence against the threat from Zeppelins!

Hello guys, I've just pulled this from my Modact 4 install, as far as I recall this is the western version.  The mod went through quite a protracted development but this should contain all the fixes mentioned in the thread.

Western´s version version 2012-08-13 (for 4.10.1) works in 4.12 with any problems.
