So today I was given the job of creating a rough draft for an exhibit at the Air Museum. The exhibit features diesel aircraft engines as its focus. I am in charge of writing the paragraph or two that will be the first thing that people see when they enter the exhibit.
So I went to my computer and turned it on in order to start typing but the moment I log on it tells me that it needs to do an update. The estimated time for the update was around two hours and it didnt give me the choice to wait a day. So I had no choice but to run it and wait.
At that moment I realized that, “Oh shit! This thing is due tomorrow and it’s 9:00pm. I’ve made a terrible mistake!”
So I went upstairs to get my backup typing instrument.
This is what I see on my desk right now:
There are two problems with this setup, 1) Everyone in my house is asleep right now and typewriters tend to made noise. And 2) I need my fingers to actually work tomorrow because Im doing riveting.
I can use the internet on my phone as I am doing now but it is way more tiresome to type on here.
Consensus.......I’m screwed!
