Following Agracier's suggestion, I add two other versions, for the dry and liquid cargo ships.
I also changed the stack with another one, closer to WWI design
The camo is always in the early b/w Razzle Dazzle, but there were also more psychedelic schemes...

Those camos were meant to confuse German U-Boats about the real course of the ship; it was believed that through a periscope it was more difficult to distinguish the bow from the stern of a Razzle Dazzle vessel.
How much it really worked, I agree with you, is difficult to know !

this is a dazzingly beautiful reskin ... great idea ...

And maybe a suggestion (since I have no idea how to reskin ships) - wouldn't it be great for a Great War convoy to have some cargo ships in Razzle Dazzel camo colors as well? This could give a whole new dimension to DBW 1916 ships ...

And you've got to hand to all the modders here. Which other game can you come up with a suggestion and see the results so quickly? I seriously wonder if there even is another sim where anyone has thought to use this kind of Great War naval camouflage ... this really adds atmosphere, I can almost hear the troops on board the ships shouting 'Lafayette, here we come!' ... ha ha
