Mod activator

Hello,

I was wondering, is there a mod activator that adds absolutly NO mods, so that I could create the modded game id like...?

well, I was looking for one that adds no mods but only allows me too add what I like, and also can be used with 4.11 and perhaps 4.12...

That is what the mod activator do, but you will suffer from long loadingtime if you add to many airplanes. and need to add correct lines on the different ini files.
You can not use the same mod activator for 4.10 and 4.11 noone knows what it gonna be like in 4.12
