the 06 of june 1940, 08 D.520 of GC II/7 fight against 15 bf 109. the french fighter pilot René Pomier Layrargues shoot down two BF109.
in one of the two take place Werner  Molders.
Captured by french infantry, he wanted to meet the pilot who have shot him down before becoming a prisoneer of war (with amount 1000 other germans pilot at the end of the battle of France).
but René Pomier Layrargues was killed during this dogfight at the age of 24.
this is respect beetween warriors.
the interest for this plane comes perhaps from the meconnaissance of this battle too?(no offense in this)
salutations for everybody.
sorry for english

Jesus, some of you gents really need batteries for irony-detector checked! :D

Yeah, a much overlooked plane indeed. Served on many more fronts and took part in many more air battles than people generally imagine. Last example (used as trainer) was withdrawn from operational service in - look at that - 1953!

Gentlemen, patience! Claymore has taken his summer vacation, much needed, as with anyone of us. Modders are not mod-making machines, mass producing on order, real life is far more important than our fun, and I tend to agree with Ranwers' comments above...
