While Object test and Reichstag objects worked flawlessly,
Pribaltic objects caused 70% CTD of mapbuilder 4.101 version of Il2.
Any advice, please ?

I don't get a ctd when I try to use or see the Pribaltic objects, they simply do not show up when I try to use them ...

@agracier
my apologies, ag!  I realize now that I sent you a wrong folder  :-[, please use the link in post #1
or the one here below !!!

@Uzin
Sorry to hear that. As usual in these cases, I all downloaded and all re-installed...no crash in my DBW 1.7.1
please could you check if the folders' hierarchy is correct or even could you try to reinstall it and report, please? Thank you :)
EDIT
please also try this version cleaned of redundant files that I made for you

I reinstaled those Pribaltic files several times, even placed them into newly created folder Pribaltic which I placed in Mods/STD/3do/Buildings/, accordingly adjusting the paths in static.ini file, all the time I received 70% CTD.
N.B., we need to install those files in mapbuilding version first, before it can be used directly in DBW 1.71.

Many thanks for this corrected version of Pribaltic2 objects, now everything goes as a charm.
These objects are very much welcome by all map makers of the pribaltic territories, including me -in proposed Estonia map.

Really cool stuff! Since I'm too stupid too actually install this  :-[  and maybe others have probs too I would suggest if possible someone could make a new map "Berlin 1945" - maybe it is a good idea?  :)

Canonuk has started work on a totally new Berlin map (larger than the stock map), see the relevant topic in Mapworx. As to whether it will be a 1945 map I don't know.

The Reichstag was an irrelevant building for the entirety of the second world war.

Totally useless to occupy or fight for - it was a symbol of the Wiemar Republic "democracy" and actually built by Bismarck to placate the masses shortly after the 1st German unification.

The Reichstag was not a National Socialists building, and NOT a symbol of the Government of the Third Reich, most rank and file Nazi's detested what the Reichstag stood for. Hitler had it burned FFS !  -

If you want a realistic Berlin target to end the war you need the nerve center of the thousand year reich:

Kanzlei des Führers der NSDAP

Hi!

I'm installing the Reichstag objects and can't have the NO RUINS showing different from the ruined one!

Can someone post a screen of a NO RUINS object....better if this one:

[buildings.House$Reichstag_back_center]
Title           Reichstag_back_center
MeshLive        3do/Buildings/Reichstag_back_center/mono.sim
MeshDead        3do/Buildings/Reichstag_back_center/mono_dead.sim
AlignToLand     0
Body            RockMiddle
Panzer          10.1

Thanks in advance for your help!

Here is how the object above appear in my installation:

Installed object test pack and find a missing one:

[buildings.House$M4A2]
Title           M4A2
MeshLive        3do/Tanks/M4A2/Summer/hier.him
MeshDead        3do/Tanks/M4A2/Summer/hier.him
AlignToLand     1
Body            FuelSmall      // FIXME: need special type 'Vehicle'
Panzer          0.005

The object don't show in FMB or in game because the entry point at the folder 3do/Tanks/M4A2/Summer/.... but in the pack this 3do object is missing....
