Me-262B-1 trainer
« on: October 17, 2012, 01:24:24 PM »

Gentlemen:

Having already inspired many people in the 262, would be the ability to create the B-1 version of this aircraft? if not possible, see a chance to remove the radar at Me-262 B-1a U1 nachtjager?

In technical features not much difference with the 262 nachtjager, except for the radar FuG 218 Neptune.

Waiting for your good response.

It will be pertinent with 4.13m patch.

If there will be commands for both seats, you'll be able to use it as a real trainer (with pilot/co-pilot features).

There will be command to transfer controls, retake controls and maybe override, but not sure with the last one.

He already said that it would take only removing the radar and polishing FM...

.... eh .... I don't think so. Someone did an quick edit to remove the antenna, and claimed it was a trainer mod, but that was as far as it went.

As the author of this one I can assure you that there are no plans atm to create a trainer version... but who knows what interesting possibilities future patches may provide.  ;)
