what type of Vulcan F-18 have, 20mm or 25mm? F-18 Hornet, not Super Hornet.
Family F-18s - 20mm GE M61 Vulcan gun. 25mm - GE GAU-12 Equalizer (AV-8B, AC-130U, light attack ARES Rutan etc)

Thanks guys, I thought of using a different M-61 than the one used on the F-4. what do you think, with a few improvement, no?

Melissa, I'm looking toward your F-15 too. Would you need a hand on that?  8)

Cheers,

F-4s  -  M61A1, later F-18s  -  M61A2

M61A1: weight 112 kg, 6000 rpm
M61A2: weight   92 kg, 6600 rpm

ballistics characteristics identical

That's because modding takes time, and this isn't an occupation. People mod for fun, when they want. You can do an aircraft from scratch in 2 months or a couple of years, it's always different but this stuff doesn't happen quickly especially when it's not just the model that needs to be new. There is a lot of work that goes on behind the scenes developing other physics and various additional flight model requirements.

What are the requirements?
If you have to ask the question, you would probably not understand the answer .....  ;)

Take a look in the tutorials section and follow any additional links provided - then you might see why there is not space here to answer your question.

Anyway - sorry but I have now posted off topic  :-[ so please try to keep to the subject of the thread......

I have to say that the Hornets (legacy and supers) are my favorite, current aircraft in the US inventory.  To think it would be in one of my all time favorite sim games is unbelievable.  If you had told me when i bought this game way back when that I would fly a hornet in it i would have called you crazy (back before i even heard of modding)  modders have brought this game a long way, and for that i thank each and every one of you!
