Please Japancat, don't see any offence in it, but keep in mind that all your mavellous work absolutely has to remain compatible with hundreds of skins already spread...

So beautiful and long as your work is, you also have to respect thousands of hours when dozens of skinners spent to make for us of very beautiful skins.

It is what I always kept in head when I took charge of Fw 190 and Your 152 thus please; make the same thing(matter) for the biggest pleasure of the community, because remind you that it is for her that you work, not the opposite ;)

I think that's important I also compatible with.
However, the compatibility of the skin is technically impossible.
This is because, since the shape has changed too.
Pentagon and rectangle is different very well.

I'm sorry. My goal is a reality.

Yes I know and you're right ;)

About structure lines on skins it can be easily corrected by an update and if it's not very very visible in game it can be left but ! about the mapping of the cockpit internals you must keep the original mapping on the template or, as I made for the Fw 190 nightfigter antennas, landing light and others like the internals of the Fw 190 V-18 "Kangaroo", you can keep the original mapping of these internal located on another material mapping and associated tga ;)

Like that, nightfighter other internals

Original template of Fw 190 V-13 based on the D-9 one

Now the Fw 190 V-18 one, notice that the cockpit internals have been replaced by the mapping of the turbo charger cowling

Because now it's a new material called "Detail"

I respect the original as much as possible in the Bf109 3D Improvement
However, Cockpit and  parts are going to be outside texture  as Ultemate109 pack, same in A6MMODS.
Will be further improved in 109 Pack Ultimate :D

... well I really hope you can fix that JapanCat, because our skinner friends just cannot modify hundreds of skins, especially because the Bf109 is probably the most skinned plane in IL2 ...  ;)

... yes JapanCat, only the cockpit external view is bugged, like in the screens I posted ...

You only need to modify the place of the new objects you have added (like the stick for ex) there is enough room in the template to add new objects without messing all existing  skins ...  ;)

I am not a skinner myself, so it is difficult for me to explain, but Claymore can do it in detail if you want ...  :D

Just PM him ...  ;)

Yes Mick is right, great addition you made by adding the stick inside the cockpit but you could give it a new material and a new associated tga like I did in Fw 190, my stick01_D0 move with the right arm of the pilot so it's separated mesh with it's proper material called "stick.mat" and it's associated tga called "stick.tga" based on the same textures as we have in cockpit folder:

As there is no need to skinners to modify it's texture you leave free space on the template and you have no need to move away all existing and needed textures.

I'm a little confused are these improvements only for 4.11.1? Trying to make sense of the readme. I notice when I try to install this into DBW the pilots head is detached and is behind the body.
