Very simple to see the difference at all angles: on real thing side window is a rectangle with larger bottom side. In game it is almost square...

I thought that on the real one, the bottom side was NOT longer than the vertical part:

In game it is almost square...

If you take a look at the beautiful pics PA_Willy posted on the previous page (many thanks for them, really catchy ;D), to me they don't seem squared.

Care to elaborate, please?
I don't see what you mean.

My conclusion is that bottom edge of canopy should be moved upward just slightly,
Also see this model for good reference  :)

Fantastic,thanks!!!

Can I suggest the tyres get a bit of "fattening"? The Macchi tyres were quite bulgy. If you would like I have a lot of publications on it (both original drawings and monographies).
It can be useful for this and maybe for the 205 too ;-)

I want to remind you all a bit , it is not mandatory to DL and use this mod. I know everybody is trying to help, but put yourself in authors place. After several hours of work, getting these suggestions, sounding very much like criticism and demands. This is a improvement and a very good one. I have google and compared many pictures and if you look in right angle I can only say I agree with author

Of course! My comments are just a personal opinion from a scale modeler who is a huge stickler for 101% accuracy (or "rivet-counter" if you please)
i am enjoying this mod as-is and never meant that I am dissatisfied. I just wanted to make a few pointers if the author is interesting in further improving an already excellent and very much needed mod.
