is possible to control the throttle or you can have only 0% and 100%??
It's quite essential for a Ramjet to have throttle controls and the combustor of a Ramjet isn't rocket science, so the answer is "yes, of course you can control throttle".
Even the Me 163's HWK 109-509 rocket engine had variable thrust (if only within a small number of steps you could choose from), and that's really been difficult to implement.

info from ww2aircraft relating to this (see below) also I have asked if they could help find the info about the coalfoam itself, that is definately within their massive engine documents archive - as I have read about it before from them.
