That Hornet belongs to VFA-122 as NAS Lemoore, they use that one sometimes at air shows for demo's, I see it out sometimes around lunch time practicing.  I work in the Mod in 122's hanger.  Just walk out the back and get a free air show. 

There are a couple of other oddly painted ones on the ramp there too.
