It's the mod here. I resolved the class files in your mod and found that it carries the P-47 mother class and four class files for the P-47. I'll have to test further but when I removed those the rocket tubes showed back up but my default skin was different than what you see in the picture. Strange to be sure but I will look into this after work today.

There are certainly potential conflicts when using this mod in BAT. Storebror's JUGS reloaded is the default P47 package in BAT and it appears that class files in the P47 Cockpit MOD do not always supercede these default P47 class files. A similar case I found was with the external canopy opening for the stock bubbletops when trying to run this Mod in BAT.

Thank you for your hard work. I wanted to let you know of a bug I have found in my BAT Blitz install.

Might I suggest to update to the latest BAT version? You will soon be out of date by 2 versions ....
That makes proper bug hunting more difficult.

Integrating this pack fully is a mid- to long term job.

I think it may be best to not use the P47 Cockpit mod in BAT. Jugs Reloaded V2.0 will have the same cockpits and should be (hopefully) compatible with BAT.
