I rather like WW2 planes - that's why I stuck with IL2 Sturmovik - but some jets I like very much. This is one of them.

Ask any A-10 Pilot, they will say its one of the Best Air Frames, and Weapons Platform ever built!

It's so simple that it would fit rather well, but I dunno about the timeline issue. Most of the jets are 50s to early 70s, although there is an F-18. EArly versions had minimal electronic systems, droped lots of iron bombs and cluster munitions (and IR guided Mavericks), and carried a pair of Aim-9Ls on a single pylon. And the Gun.....that is so cool. A great machine, though its era isn't well represented yet.

I tend to agree that IL2 is better suited for earlier eras though.

Still a nifty machine though, but a tad out of place at this point. I won't complain if one shows up however.  :P

if i correctly remember, there is 1 request of a-10 before this and, imo this doesnt harm anyone, just an good new request of a-10.

+1  for now we have only that super-crappy franken to take jetbombers slot.
