Curtiss P-36A Hawk
« on: January 11, 2013, 04:27:48 PM »

Curtiss P-36A Hawk for DBW 1.71

First model delivered to USAAC during 1938. Was powered with an PW R-1830-13 and armed with one 7,69mm mg (500 rounds) and a single 12,7mm (200 rounds).

D/L link: https://www.mediafire.com/?ep4287jg7u9u2m2

Note: out of DBW, you need Diffm and out of any mod pack the Cirx's Flyable_P36_Hawk mod IS REQUIRED: https://www.sas1946.com/main/index.php/topic,1446.0.html

Compatibility: made and tested under DBW 1.71, but works also with 4.101m+ModAct and UP3. Not tested in 4.11+Modact.
NOT TESTED and probably INCOMPATIBLE with 4.09 or HSFX 5 or 6.
Note: No problems if someone wants to convert this mod at 4.09 or HSFX standards

Installation:

Unzip into DBW or other mods folder.

I've always loved the Hawk75 - it flies so smoothly and agile. Many thanks for this version. there re never enough versions ...

I used the mod by itself on DBW 1.7, and did not install the Flyable P36 hawk mod. The new mod works quite well by itself, so i was wondering what purpose the old flyable P-36 mod would serve?

Since DBW already has the flyable P-36 mod built in, you don't need it.  You'd only need it if you're installing the P-36A into a non-DBW game.
