I live in Stalingrad.
My basic version 4.09m.
My new WIP Stalingrad map with 50 meters for pixel, with textures of 4096 pixels, with very more edit class file,with new DLL-4096 pix becomes for version 4 09m.
I won't work for versions 4.11 above........ ;D

Guys,I have everything but Jetwars because I can not figure out how to install it. I play ALL my IL2 games but I keep returning to 4.09 because it works so well.

Great initiative, Bombs!  :D

I like both. 4.09m with my favourite mix of Histo and some old mods and DBW and beyond for the new jets and other mods.
BTW it's easy to get the Jet Era, simply a clean new install of DBW (one stop) needed and the latest version of the jet era, 2 download sections AFAIK.

I think the next version is close, but that's up to the SAS modders as when it's ready.

BTW I also fly Histo and so I'm also a rebel (also easy to install. :)

Since the next TD patch has a new P-38 cockpit, I look forward to that one.

PS: Master Lutz, dynamical weather is a dream, sounds great for me.  :D

You can get the dynamic weather in 409... C&C Mod ! ;)
DynWeather (super !!) & RandomWeather (OK but DynWeather much better) !

Iirc the main reason I swithched to 4.10 was the ability to have different default skin settings for summer/winter/desert/mto/eto/pto/cbi maps.
I like to have my normal and static aircraft have the proper camo on all maps.
But I used 4.09 for a very long time and I liked it and maybe if I try DBW 2.0 and dont like (which is possible but not very likely) it then I'll be a 4.10 rebel.
