I always told myself that I wanted to live the rest of my years out in Florida and fish for Florida Bass until I drop dead, I love Florida. My favorite thing in my life is Bass fishing.

Roll TideI was born in Guntersville Alabama... lived there till I was 5, left there and went to the Left Coast of US.......... California, grew up in Modesto, 80 east of San Francisco, 90 miles south of Sacramento and 80 miles west of Yosemite National Park. Went in the Navy in 77 till 97, and got to see a few of the places depicted in this thread. Spent 11 years Stationed at Naval Air Station Lemoore about 32 miles SW of Fresno, retired in 97 and I'm still in Hanford, Lemoore area working at the base for Boeing....... I was up your way a couple of years ago TAM..... on a cruise forced on me by the wife.... at least I could drink beer on those......
I have been in the IL2 community since the beginning and have had the great privileged to talk on various comms with people all over the world, and had the opportunity to meet a few. It's amazing the impact this old, tired but lovable game has had on my life, the wife hates it but I don't know what I would do without it and the people I have met.
Oh well, I need to stop before I get teary eyed..........
And just for Mati.................. I lived in Coco Beach Florida (1959) when my Dad was working at Cape Canaveral helping to build structures for NASA.
