I think this is the end of the summer. Some of you have already seen the images of Nice that I posted, normally the weather is good all the time, with, sometimes violent storms, but this weekend we had hail! in summer....

I live in Salzgitter, Lower Saxony, Germany  8)

Ugly bunch of villages and heavily influenced by Nazi architecture because they tried to build "Hermann-Göring-City" here.

A shell crater!...pah!.....you don't know how good you have it.....we live in a shoe box with the lid tied on with string on the side of the motorway and live on fresh road kill.........a shell crater! bloody paradise mate!.....we're hoping to move to under the flyover.

A shoe Box!? Listen to Mr High & Mighty boasting there! We used to dream of living in a shoe box. We lived in a rolled up newspaper on a B road. There were 12 of us living in there and when fatha got home at night he used to beat each of us within an inch of our life.

But we were happy

A rolled up newspaper? ...now who's showing off...20 of us used to live under a piece of A4 in the middle of a puddle and dream of living in a rolled up newspaper and when father got home at night he would paint our little shaved heads purple with meths to kill the ringworm.....rolled up newspaper, bloody aristocracy don't know how good they've got it!
