Question: Has anyone downloaded, and used the Two Mi-24V  skin zips ?  The LSK and Iraqi zips. They appear to be plugins. I will not install same, until advised.  Now for the good news, the Mi-24V Hind mod is an A+.  I solved some memory crashes by disabling My Huey and Cougar mods, which caused a conflict.  I was able to go through various flight mods and missions, then back to the Hind without a hiccup! Great work by all those involved.

In my DBW 1.71 the Hind and other choppers work fine together.
Its very cool to do "dogfights" against other helicopters, the Hinds armament options are perfect for that too.
All kinds of funky scenarios became available in this game.

 A great map by Agracier for the Mi-24V, is the Soviet Iran Border map (one of my favorites).  This map,  http:www.mediafire.com/35ycm5yeljyed9d8  has border crossing fortifications and other goodies. I downloaded it a while back, from IL-2 FreeModding.  I believe it is still a Work In Progress. I use one of the southwest USSR bases for MiG-15 attacks, against Iranian MiGs.

Please, don't SPAM the mod thread with these issues.

How will the skinner find out that download has a problem if you don't post at the right place? 

btw, I guess you talk about same problem I had, so here is the solution for everyone else falling on a very comon trap of download sites:

They cheat providing 2 download links, one to "download with our downloader" (+unwanted tool bars) and one with just the skin, hoping someone will mistakenly instal their crap. Reading the small warnings usually prevents you from downloading the wrong stuff, problem is of course if it is in a language that you don't handle or when you go on "hurry mode"

I had a similar problem with another mediafire download - it was an .exe disguised as a Zip. I deleted it, and I can't remember exactly what it was i'm afraid, but I think it may have been this.

I have the AI/hotkeys etc mod installed, and have done for some time; but I can't find the "select missile" binding in the list; i've tried re-installing, but no joy. Is "select missile" the exact name of the key?
