All USAAF photos at the Fold3 site are free, and there are thousands of them, also from China. They all come from NARA archives and are downloadable in hi-res.

I've looked through many of the Fold3 pics before but never found any of airfields.  If you come across any of the airfield pics then please inform me.

CT, how are you doing for buildings and paddyfield textures? These are always the stumbling blocks for East Asia.

Canton's airfields are the only ones that use runway plates because I assumed these were concrete and it was simple to make.  Other airfields are texture only and I used and edited textures from agracier, Oknevas, and Mixx.

The field below is not really in a historical location but I thought I'd put one close to the southeast coast just so there could be another Japanese af.  It's actually in the vicinity of Amoy island which did have a Japanese airfield but since Amoy is not on this map I put an af here.
