upload to photobucket or imageshack then copy a link to the image and push insert a image button in replymenu paste the link

Alright then,

I use Tinypic. It is free, you do not have to register. Which is good.

All you have to do is do a simple test to prove you are not a bot (type what you see in an image request)

Under the upload links there should be one with [img] on the beginning and end of it. Here's a random example:
