This is awesome, ten010!  :)
I've always been fascinated by the I-400 class submarines. Not only were they the largest submarines of WW2, but they remained the largest submarines for many years after the war as well.
And now we're getting both the I-400 and the great looking Aichi M6A Seiran to launch from them! Marvelous!  ;D

Superb! Please, please keep it live and release public some day.
Even an early Alpha would make pilots/captains happy :)

Great project.  I love the idea of the catapult.  Always dreamt of a Hurricat for 1946 one day, but this goes one further.  Good luck!

OMG!!
I,ve just seen a short clip how americans sink a captured I400 and i thought that this sub would be an amazing addon for il2 aaand here it is! Thank you so much. You guys have the power to make dreams come true...
Thank you again!!

Jack

P.S.: (The hurricat would be an other great thing. I've made a huge convoy waiting for some defence)

gunna be hard to land  back on dack though..... :o... will have to rev up the speed me thinks in the mis file  ;D.... should be fun. what an AWSOME thing... sub and plane launch.... now can we get the bugger to go submerged then come UP outa the water and launch plane ?... we  can all see ships sinking in the game at the moment. why can't we reverse it and get a sub to surface ?????? has ANYONE thought of doing this ? get a sub to "sink" the  re suface ? the sinking codes are already "in" the game  as standard... just a little under the water, then make it rise ? be awsome with the plane on the deck, and if you could get this in multiplayer LOL, it would make  flying online very very interesting !!!!

I don't think that catapult planes landed back on deck ... they landed on the water, not far from the vessel and were then hoisted back on board with cranes ...
