Love these skins!!!  I'm glad you included a "blank" black 56th FG skin as well... In a flight of 4 I usually assign my aircraft's skin as "Lanny's" and my number 3 as "Gladych's." I use the blank skin for my wingman's as well as number 3's wingman.

Is there anyway you could make a blank off of Gabby's camo'd P-47?

Xjrtaz, I'm glad you like what I did. I think Phas3e did a better job than me.
I've found out @ubi forum that there should be a 3rd version around made by 9th Simplex years ago, I'm gonna try to get that one for you somehow, unfortunately his download site is gone by now.

As for DBW: I'm using it, its the 4.07m to DBW 1.71 superpack I got. Therese another for upgrading from UP3, its called DBW 1.71 superinstall, this is the smaller one. Anyway you can duplicate your current install and start updating, both version will work on the same pc at the same time. DBW has more planes, objects, maps and expansion possibilites than UP3 so I recommend it. But if you want to go online youre better off with HSFX6.
DBW is based on 4.10 patch, HSFX6 on the 4.11, the major difference is the new AI routines in 4.11.

The skins are superb luv em!
I downloaded and installed UP3 and DBW on a clean seperate install and after some jiggling and searching all running well.
Just as a note the nose art was only on the left side. Must say the 56th had some superb nose art

Great find on `flightsimfiles'
extremely pleased to find `Silver Lady', dad did quite a few hours in that bird, when it was retired he kept the HV-Z (bar) designation for his mark `M'.
Pleased to see Russ Kyler's as well, i am in email communication with Russ at the moment, he is quite ill from Cancer but still fighting like the warrior he is. Hub Zemke's son Hub Zemke Jnr is coming over to England next month and I am meeting him at Halesworth museum for a `sons' reunion.
So thankyou for your help in finding these gems! well done mate.
Thanks, if i have any queries re DBW I will PM you. only thing is where are all the missions to be found or do you look for them in the `full mission builder'
Now using all those skins I can create a 56th full squadron mission.....RESULT...!!!

The single missions are more or less missing from this game. There are a few single mission packs at mission4today.com and flightsimfiles.com.
