Thanks. i assumed that the little asphalt strip to the west was the place of the original WW2 airstrip. Does anyone have WW2 era maps or photos?

But in the link I submitted there it is written (in cyrilic) that WWII airfiled is that one east of Korsun, just a remark. DancingBear wrote that it must be simple meadow then.

I apologize. It turned out that I duplicated information Dancing Bear. My personal opinion is that just was not the western airfield (in the form of a stationary with asphalt or some more runway). But as a normal field (East side)for the time WWII corresponds exactly

Re the concrete runway - this could easily have been built after WW2 on the site of the original airstrip.

While I cannot be sure, it would appear more likely that the original airstrip site would have been used for a post war runway.

Can anyone help me autopop this map? I had it about 1/2 populated and then my actor.static corrupted. The bug prevented forest-3 trees being visible in missions and thus, wrecked every town, village and airfield I had created. I didn't spot it until I tried to fly a test mission and by that time, I had deleted my back-up actors.static!!!!!!!!!

As all the textures for the towns and villages are still fine, autopopping would save me several weeks of re-doing the stuff I have lost.

I have no experience with actually running the autopop program, but I have pre-done templates ready to go.
