Good topic! I've always thought that someone will misunderstood my profile name...

The Hi Jack is because one of my friend started to call me Jack (however my name is Kristóf-- hungarian translation/form of Christopher) and when we met he always greet me like: Hi Jack!
Its NOT hijack before someone thinks im a plane thief!!!

24 is my birthdate...

Avatar: I just wanted something that is hungarian like this the héja fighter, maybe i will change it to a Rubik's cube  ;D

When I started playing IL-2 I was 12. All I had was a keyboard and a mic. My original name was childno1 since I'm the first child and couldn't think of anything else. Once I turned 14 I changed it to Wildchild mainly cause I grew tired of childno1, and I bought a joystick as well and I'm appearently pretty good online...

Now that I'm 16 I'm going to have to change my name again since I'm not a child LMAO.

It's either going to become Cobra or Lightning...

For reasons I cannot fathom, I started life in the IL2 world as Chug_Muffin, mainly because it sounded amusingly weird. I think. When you're in school and all that, you have a bizarre sense of what is and isn't funny. Anyhoo, fortunately I grew up a bit, although no doubt some would argue they didn't notice any change!

I'd just got into Derek Robinson's books, and again, I liked the name Moggy Cattermole. Despite the fact Moggy of the books was a collossal shithead. If only FO 'Flash' Gordon, who was awesome, had been named Moggy. Calling myself Flash Gordon seemed a bit presumptive and I doubt many people would have realised I was alluding to the Piece of Cake Character.

I was originally P/O W. 'Moggy' Cattermole, but when I first registered here, it was too long.

Smart people will note that Moggy claims his name is Lance in the book, but I always reckoned that he was saying that to try and impress the girl he was talking to, to make himself sound more dashing, as though he were a movie star of the time. It's the sort of thing I could see him doing.

My avatar changes alot depending what mood I'm in.

"Hasta la.....todo es todo. Fuerza Aerea Española."

"Even the.....everything is everything. Spanish Air Force"
Well, really it says "Hasta la -cola- [drawing] todo es toro", "to the -tail- all of it is a bull"  ;), a Spanish say meaning a danger is not ended until it completely pass.

My forum name is One Field in German. I just thought of it out of thin air and I thought it sounded nice. My avatar is an internet meme originated from an old Yugoslavian movie.

My name HotelAlpha200 is like Bravo's; it is the NATO/Phonetic alphabet code for HA200, a pretty classic Spanish jet, which I have a fond devotion to.

My older name, Buchon2111, was for two resons:

The Ha-1112 "Buchon" is by far the most awesome Spanish fighter ever, and 2111 is the number for the CASA 2.111, a Spanish He-111 with Merlin engines (Like the Buchon it also had a merlin) so that is it for me.

My avatar is the Iberia Airbus A320 airliner after it touched down in Madrid with the Spanish Euro-champions at soccer. The pilots got very ffestive and decided to wave the Spanish flag!

Gaston ?

Well... that's him :

The coolest guy ever ! I am a fan of him since I am 7 or 8 years old. Now, at 51, I am still a fan ! the nickname was given to me by my uncle, because I was always reading Gaston Lagaffe's comics !

And... I am quite like him... French speaking peoples will understand what I mean !

My avatar ? me (the real me), photoshopped as a Normandie-Niemen pilot...

Isn't Gaston's surname "Epic failiure" or "Spaz" in French?

The guy is very funny, I also love his comics!
