Take a stroll through the Ships and vehicles part of the forum. There are jeeps and a PT boat or a replacement 3d for the boat that makes it a sub. Both shoot torpedos.

It is possible, it's been made few years ago, but it's nowhere to be found now. Put some valuable data about a unit you're interested in into this section and maybe some modder will get bored and picks this up.

In the meantime, there is an experimental AAA jeep technology demonstrator in Ships&vechicles section, which is a proof that it is possible.
