  but 2 question... where are going the 2 lines "self stationnary planes"? and where putting the "templates" file?

... je suppose qu'elles vont dans ton stationary.ini (c'est là que j'ai une section ssp), si tu n'as pas encore de section "self stationnary planes" dans ton stationary.ini, tu la crées ...  ;)

The template is not supposed to be put anywhere or used for the game. It is simply a file from which you can easily make skins for the aircraft ... it is a graphic file that you can keep wherever you wish IF you want to make new skins for this aircraft.

If you don't want to make your own skins, then just ignore the template.
