This is strange!
This file does not exist in the "cockpit" folder for a very simple reason: no mesh file does not use it!  :-X
TEMPPIT22-op_night.mat = yes !

You may use a specific mod to engine fire?
I would say it is not compatible ...
This may be normal all these errors ... it does not say it, let alone Mod 409 version is compatible HSFX6.

About mod to engine fire...do you mean Plutonium effects which  are already included into HSFX?

I do not know what is in the HSFX6 ... I only use UP201!
I'm just guessing seeing your LOG.

Yeah, I'm a bit late on this one, looks like I've been living in a cave for a couple of months... But thanks again for bringing one of my favourite planes ever into this sim.

Ah, another beautiful bird to add to 4.12!  :D  I already had the D.520 with the New Full Monty mod pack, but I happily incorporated it into DBW 1.71 today (below is a DBW screenshot).  4.12 install will be a real treat because the pilot can swivel his head to look at the camera in screenshots.

Hi gens, great mod, lovely plane and much desired, thanks a lot, but I have problems with it.

Easy to replicate. MTO map, HMS Illustrious, speed 28, single ace AI Fulmar taking off from it. Saved in FMB, mission run in stock 4.12.2, vanilla HSFX 7.0, and HSFX 7.0 with Pa-Dore's JSGME mod. In the vanilla game, Fulmar takes off without problems; in HSFX, it takes off without problems; in HSFX+D.520 mod, it falls into the sea and crashes after takeoff. Tested several times. Start position is the same. Theoretically, everything is the same. It is the different FM that seems guilty. Maybe I shouldn't have applied it to HSFX 7.0 instead of 7.1. Maybe the problem is elsewhere. Thanks.

75 d.520 flew in Italy with Regia Aeronautica, unfortunatly lots of them were destroyed on the ground by a massive low level USA bombing run on september 1943.
Hope Stanislao make hystorical skin as soon as possible!
