Hi all,

Wondered if this would be possible, seeing as something similar has been modded for the Spitfire. Apparently this was a one off built by Yugoslavia to compare with other Hurricanes and Bf-109s. I have a large fictional Yugoslavian campaign so would really love to see something like this.

If anyone could help out with this I'd be grateful. A further idea but a what if one is if this was possible to carry out the same thing but with a MkIIc and maybe a later BF engine.

Unfortunately, no photos or drawings exist of this variant (or they do in some closed private collection, which are common in Serbia)
So, every drawing done for scale model building is basically guesswork how they did it.
With that in mind, here's an interesting hypothesis, done on the basis of possible connection points for DB engine frame to the Hurri (IPMS Serbia / MKNS blog).

As far FM is concerned, pilots often reported it being a bit "nose heavy", compared to the standard Hurricane Mk.I
This warning was even passed to the pilot who reportedly used it in combat in April 1941.
