AH-64 Apache
« on: May 09, 2013, 12:17:42 PM »

I'd die a happy man with this.
I've never seen a request on it, if it's missing or never been made, here it is.

Boeing AH-64 Apache

After countless operations, 8 different variants and fielded by 12 different countries, the AH-64 is the US Army's combat helicopter of choice.

It's ideal for every environment we have present in IL2 maps, sort of a nice way of delivering payload to a wide variety of targets with this yank. In all, it's an American classic that would complement our inventory.

Buen día a todos!

My thoughts exactly. The Mi-24's FM makes it easy to attack while hovering and provides an overall good quality of control over the chopper.

Very nice chopper! But we have the Cobra. I have it on mine but I think it now is home at the FM site.... But we have Russian choppers here. But none are as acrobatic and agile as the AH-64!

If I am not mistaken European countries use the Euro-copter Tiger, which looks like the Apache?

Entiendo que el Cobra ya no esta disponible, es un tema fuera de mi alcanze y prefiero no torcarlo.

The Eurocopter Tiger is the EU's version of the Apache Longbow, it packs relatively the same gear along with the same multi-role purpose, the main difference being in size and engine. The model requested lacks the surveillance system upgrade found in the Longbow.
