Not necessarily, the laws of physics are more flexible than the laws governing aerodynamics  . It's all relative dear boy .......  but that is a whole other debate...

I hope you are right. But I fear economics will also play a huge role, especially with nations heavily in debt that can't afford the development and qualifying cost of a full up fighter like the F22 or F35. Offensive drones are already a reality and much cheaper.
