Net8Islands (Pacific Islands) Expanded

I made this map this Rainy Sunday Morning in DEM,Kiribati and Fanning Island which are South of Hawaii
Flight time in a F4U was around one hour Kiribati to Fanning Island,
so I then quickly added the default Pacific Island map into the center of this map to shorten my flight times>


Then in Unlocked and with the map tools,
I added the coral and coral island chain from the Benghalli map around the default pacific islands on my map
While doing so,I also expanded a default islands mountain on my map to add a waterfall,using Uuflakkes waterfall technique from the Benghalli map...
Which is why I was looking at the Benghalli map in the first place...before I stole Avalas Coral Island chain and shamelessly added it to my map

This map was made,using and abusing...
borrowing,copy/pasting and cheating my way through it in around 5 hours this morning
It is a for fun map ...That was made for the fun of it while I added things as quick as the ideas come up in the early hours of a rainy day...
it was all meant to be... the default island map just fit right into place on my DEM map,
Avalas coral Island chain fit perfectly around the default islands ...
Uuflakkes waterfall is why I was on the Benghalli map looking around.... so I could see how he made his waterfall

It is a combined effort of a group of map makers IMHO

I quickly made some new,WIP strange looking random pop-up palm trees
I don't like the look of any other tree groups on Pacific Islands so figured I would start somewhere with some Palm type tree and bushes
The small bushes look not too bad but the taller trees not so good...

There there anyway, so maybe someone else can improve on them





the tall trees are not so good...(especially the tall conifer type trees)

Sun is coming out now,rain has stopped...So I thought I would go outside for awhile to enjoy the Sun...

Map is Jetwar capable,I run it in SAS Modact 4.11 with SAS Jetwar 13
4 Jet capable bases,two on Kiribati and two on Fanning as well as one water strip each
Default pacific island airfields in use,with added water base at Crescent Island in center of map

Should work in any Modded version of the game as long as you have the True Textures Mod by Carsmaster and Storebore working>

I have not been able to use mediafire, lately my uploads always time out when trying to upload the files
Also I tried Speedyshare,but I'm unable to get it to work for me

I have registered there a long time ago and I have never had an problems with them. No emails or advertisments. I am downloading now. Thanks for the map Boomer.
