After years of gaming, I got for first time this strange error.

It is due to 9th Bomber Group, 1st Bomber Squadron duplicated in database file where DGen picks to compose mission flights. This time it got it twice in same mission, which caused the glitch.

I checked that this duplication was already in stock Japan1.DB file: I wonder why it never caused this error earlier. Maybe a matter of probability, or the new Asura's DGen_mod "highlighted" it... who knows!

I'm attaching a quick fix: just drop in your DGen folder, overwriting existing one. Of course it applies only to my campaign "Pacific War":
