As of now, SAS~Storebror says not to Patch your game yet because 4.12.1m is not compatible with SAS ModAct 5.12.   He will in due time provide a Patch to fix this, but the only way to Play 4.12.1m is on a Clean, stock game only 4.11.1m  Sorry Mate.

Can you simply run "Stock Game" via the SAS switcher for a while until the modact is updated?

I have an SAS MA Install where Im using all the 4.12.1m .ini's. It still launches as 4.12, but its really 4.12.1m.
