In case you tested with Modact 5, this error results from it not being 4.12.1 compatible yet.
In case you tested with Stock Game you're experiencing something new.

As of now, SAS~Storebror says not to Patch your game yet because 4.12.1m is not compatible with SAS ModAct 5.12.   He will in due time provide a Patch to fix this, but the only way to Play 4.12.1m is on a Clean, stock game only 4.11.1m  Sorry Mate.
