But filling a map with them feels like homework sometimes.   ;D
For best results it is better to do it manually but it is time consuming.

No slow down in fps.
I have high rez trees, clouds, ground textures but no difference.
Loading time is somewhat longer because of all the 2048x2048 ground textures but that is about it.
And I don't have a supercomputer. Just an average XP with a Nvidia 8600GT card.
