Never found them for downloads.

It is part of DBW 1.71.
Can be found in Stationary Ships -US Pilot 2.
US Pilot 2 with life vest and Japanese pilot can be found there also.
And as far as I know they are part of other - even older - modpacks and/or default IL2.
