Due to recent events of certain modders or groups of modders that take work from our modders and use our work for their mods they make but when they release their mod they put "rules" on it saying "Here it is but no one can touch it", then we here at the SAS will not allow them to advertise "their" work here. We will not support such selfish actions.  Any pics or links to said mods WILL be removed on sight without explanaition.

The SAS Team.

Can we get a list of whats not allowed anymore because we cant all be keeping up with whos in the dogbox today.

and I have no idea whats going on

Nothing dramatic I think. Just that all of us once in a while get slapped for posting too many mod advertising screens and that SAS has a certain stance towards modding, best check it in announcements.

No grudge towards anyone here. ;)

Nice shots Uufflakke... A question. Did you get any fps slowdowns with all that smoke and big clouds on your rig?

Actually not. For some reason with the HighRez mod by Carsmaster enabled I have slightly better fps than without. Must have something to do with it's dll I guess.
On Stalingrad map by Cyberolas I have highrez trees and highrez clouds installed.
Even on my old XP system with a  8600GT card + highrez stuff enabled I got good frame rate (with high settings, not highest though, about 25+ fps above battlefield). I use effects mod by Gurner with his 30k_distance mod and no problems. Gurner created an effect mod which does not have that much impact on average systems.
In this mission I have a lot of ground activity added. A lot of BoomBoomBangBang from both sides.  8)
Something I miss in BOS.  :-X

Guys,

Just a friendly reminder that you should keep your post up to 2 - 3 pictures to avoid flooding the sections with similar images. So choose your bests  8).

Thank you,
