What about fps ...?

I'm not sure about the fps, its hard to tell because people use different hardware and modpacks.
On my modest pc the parts I've rebuilt (inner city) seem to be ok. I still need to create a few new building rows for the suburbs (phase 2) and remove a bunch of the old, small houses.
