Superb artsy screens!  Thank you friends!

The biggest thrill and excitement I get when I fly the IL-2+mods is to see these sort of great images
you guys post here. Thank you Gumpy! They are like ART. Yes they are.
This game has so much eye-candy that it has become a  "Work of Art" and not merely just another game to fly in.

It has also become a super great time traveling machine for all aviation fans, because you can choose to fly
in WW1 airplanes in one hour and the next hour you can fly a cool jet in Vietnam war era... or a classic fighter from WW2!
This game has become a living work of art!
It is ALIVE!

No other flight-sim can offer such great moments such as this one.
 
When Leonardo da Vinci designed the first aero-plane in his sketch books in 1501, I am sure he was thinking that one day
such a great game as IL-2+mods would become a reality one day.
So, I offer a big cheer and say THANK YOU to Oleg Maddox (a modern day Leonardo DaVinci) for his magnificent creation of this amazing IL-2-1946 flight-sim and also say a Big THANK YOU to all modder-Artists involved in making all of our dreams come
true with this work of art they have created for the IL2 game.

We are living in very special times my friends. Enjoy them well and as much as you can.

One day in the future, everyone will look back at this moment in time and in history and they will say, we were the very
lucky few who have had the pleasure to enjoy such great moments in time.
For we, aviation fans, have taken the first steps to travel back in time and had the glory to fly in such magnificent machines!
