VG 36 was planned as new generation of promising type VG 33. Prototype of VG 36 had a new wider faired radiator bath with improved aerodynamics and longer canopy. The main improvement was a new engine Hispano-Suiza 12Y-51. These changes are very positive effect on performance. Unfortunately the German offensive was faster than development of VG 36 and so was produced only one prototype. But this one was later destroyed in the crash.
I think that the creation of VG 36 should not be difficult, since we now have an "older" VG33.
