Tony,

What problem did you encounter?  I have issue with the excellent plane in HSFX7 as well.  I can add the plane to HSFX7 install and it shows in QMB window, however when mission is being loaded I have a 'Mission Loading Error: null' issue.

Tony,

I have had this issue with the Re.2001 and P-47C-5.  Possible solutions are:

1) If Spitwulf (mod creator) has the time and inclination then an HSFX version for these would be great;

2) PA-Dore may also has the knowledge to make this work - Dore has adapted a number of planes for HSFX7  (http://www.derrierloisirs.fr/il2/bdd2012/)

3) Lastly Re.2001 can be added and flown in HSFX7 if (i) Expert mode is off and (ii) the latest SAS ModAct button is swapped in (do backup the original button file first).  This is not an ideal solution of course.

also works with the expert mode . I had to install  AutoDiffFM_HSFX701_Expert-Normal mode (ton414) and last SAS buttons (10.5 Test for Engine Mod)

Thank you Tony, for the clarification.

I wonder what would the effect be on the expert mode flight model when we swapped in a different button file?  I had to do this for the Re.2001, P-47C and the P-40 Pack (-F to -N variants).

Update! Update!

Back at the start of this mod, i asked Metatron if he could take a look at dressing this little bird: today we can see the fruit of his great work!







So, here is a link for the new Italian default skin and i hope the rest of the pack will be uploaded by Metatron himself in the next few days ;)

No problem - for now one can add your beautiful plane to HSFX - just not in expert mode.  I send PA-Dore (who has converted a few planes to HSFX standard)  a message on whether this is a possibility and haven't heard back.

Great new default skins btw.
